1- Skipping your breakfast.

It is because you are not providing glucose to your brain by skipping your first meal of the day that makes you tired, dizzy, and less focused.

2- Consuming too much sugar.

High sugar means a high level of glucose in the bloodstream, and high glucose means that it will reduce the production of brain chemicals known as ” brain-derived neurotrophic factor” (BDNF), which need to develop memories and develop the ability to learn new things.

So in order to build strong memory, you should not take more sugar. That’s the reason you are having a short memory and are not able to remember things.

3- Eating too much than your body needs.

Food is essential for the development of cognitive functions, however, we all understand that excess of everything is bad. Eating too much will always result in gaining weight to the point when you realize now that you are in obesity.

Obesity always causes high sugar levels and insulin resistance.

4- Accessive watching reality TV.
